• Insurance benefits are a contract between you and your insurance company.

• We are happy to verify benefits as a courtesy, but verification is not a guarantee of payment.

• Copays, deductibles, and non-covered services are the patient’s responsibility.

We will gladly submit to your health insurance, Worker's Compensation, or Auto Insurance, but please note that it usually takes 3-4 weeks to hear back on your claims.  Therefore, we always recommend that you call your insurance prior to your initial visit to confirm you are aware of your benefits and have an idea of what your out-of-pocket costs for seeing a chiropractor may be.
